We offer flexible pricing depending on the type and complexity of the project.

Based on your architectural plans, we provide an initial budget estimate, taking into account the design, size, and level of finishes.

If this estimate fits within your budget and you would like us to prepare a detailed quotation, a €2,000 fee is required.

If the final quotation is higher than the initial estimate and you decide not to proceed, the €2,000 will be fully refunded.

If you choose to build with us, the €2,000 will be deducted from the total contract price.
