Villa Minimal is our first project in Spain, located on a hillside with exceptional sea views. What was once a small, outdated house has been expanded and completely refurbished, incorporating modern architecture with Mediterranean details, bright finishes, and abundant natural light. The villa has achieved an A energy efficiency rating through the use of SATE external insulation, double-security glazing with argon gas, aluminum frames with thermal break, and solar-control glass.
